On August 7, 2013, a tragic incident occurred in Oakland, California, resulting in the deaths of 20-year-old Andrew Thomas and his 1-year-old son, Drew Jackson. The two were shot inside their home, leading to fatal injuries for both.
Andrew Thomas, originally from Fresno, was found mortally wounded at the scene. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries. His 1-year-old son, Drew Jackson, also suffered critical wounds and died shortly after the shooting.
