Eddie Phillips II, a 37-year-old man from Northwood, OH, was tragically shot and killed on February 5, 2021, at the Bridgepointe Inn & Suites. Police were called to the hotel after reports of gunshots, and they found Phillips' body in one of the rooms. The Lucas County Coroner's Office determined that Phillips died from a single gunshot wound.

The investigation led to the arrest of Jerron Bryant, a 19-year-old man, and a 15-year-old girl. Both were charged with murder in Wood County. Surv ...
