On February 8, 2021, 19-year-old Devon Procter was found shot dead in the parking lot of an apartment building in Mount Auburn, Cincinnati, OH. The incident was reported to authorities by Shot Spotter at around 4 a.m., but first responders initially couldn't locate a victim. A second call later led them to discover Procter's body at around 5 a.m. The Cincinnati Police Department's Homicide Unit took over the investigation, but no suspects have been publicly identified.
