Tyler Alden William Cunningham, a 29-year-old man from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically died on March 19, 2021. He was shot in the abdomen early that morning at a Pennington Court apartment complex in Forest Park. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Cunningham wounded inside the apartment. He was later taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
