McMillon was shot multiple times while sitting in his car on Mapletree Street, and his body was found in the vehicle. The incident was captured on video, showing a white Kia Soul entering the area, parking, and then someone exiting the vehicle and firing 13 bullets into McMillon's car window on the passenger side.
