Dion McMillon, a 26-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on May 19, 2021, in East Liverpool, Ohio. McMillon was shot multiple times while sitting in his car on Mapletree Street, and his body was found in the vehicle. The incident was captured on video, showing a white Kia Soul entering the area, parking, and then someone exiting the vehicle and firing 13 bullets into McMillon's car window on the passenger side.
