Brycen Douglas, a 20-year-old male from Wellsville, Ohio, was tragically shot and killed on the front porch of a home on Pennsylvania Avenue in East Liverpool on July 15, 2021. The incident was investigated by multiple agencies, including the Columbiana County Major Crimes Task Force, the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office, the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the Salem Police Department, and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
