Richard Hernandez, a 57-year-old Hispanic man from Toledo, OH, was tragically killed on September 27, 2021. He was shot four times in a mid-day shooting in central Toledo, suffering three gunshot wounds to the chest and one to the left hand. The Lucas County coroner ruled his death a homicide.
