Charles G. Cremeans, a 43-year-old male from Ironton, Ohio, tragically died on October 2, 2021, from a gunshot wound in Franklin Furnace, Ohio. The incident occurred early in the morning when emergency services were called to 141 Tylers Way for a report of a man who had fallen and possibly suffered a head injury. Upon arrival at Saint Mary’s Emergency Room in Ironton, it was discovered that Cremeans had sustained a gunshot wound, and despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries.
