Davon Arnez Barrett, a 26-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was fatally shot on November 18, 2015. The incident occurred on the 3200 block of Belair Road around 10:15 p.m. Davon was found by police on a sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds to his head and body. Despite the efforts of medics, he was pronounced dead within ten minutes of being found.
