Aminjas Shomo, a 19-year-old young man of Black ethnicity, tragically lost his life on November 2, 2021, in Cleveland, Ohio. He succumbed to injuries from multiple gunshot wounds. Just days before his death, Aminjas had celebrated his 19th birthday on October 29th. He was known for his joyful personality and was a beloved son and brother who helped care for his siblings.
