Michelle Shaffer, a 60-year-old woman from Lake Milton, Ohio, was found dead in her home on Jersey Street on November 12, 2021. The Craig Beach Police Department deemed her death suspicious, as she died from a gunshot wound to the head. Neighbors reported hearing gunshots around 8 p.m. the night before her body was discovered. The Mahoning County Coroner’s Office conducted an autopsy, but the investigation remains ongoing.
