The couple later moved to Lithopolis around 2018, where they had two young sons, Joseph Jr. and Jeffery.
The tragic incident occurred at their home in Lithopolis, where Kiara, her two young sons, and her husband were found dead. The Fairfield County Sheriff's Office investigated the case and determined it to be a murder-suicide. Joseph Sr. was identified as the perpetrator, having killed Kiara and their two sons before taking his own life.
