Kiara Marie Dumas Anderson, a 29-year-old woman of African American ethnicity, tragically lost her life on December 22, 2021, in Lithopolis, Ohio. She was a loving mother, a proud veteran, and an incredible baker. Kiara had served in the military for about four or five years before deciding to settle down in Florida with her husband Joseph Sr., whom she met during her time in the military.
