Taralynn Bower, 29, a Black woman from Cincinnati, was shot and killed on Sunday, August 31, 2025, in the Millvale neighborhood. Police and fire crews were called to the 2000 block of Millvale Court in the late afternoon, where officers found her with a gunshot wound; despite life-saving efforts, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
