Zion Lee Scruggs-Banks, a 2-year-old boy from Euclid, Ohio, tragically died on March 18, 2022, from a gunshot wound to the head. The incident occurred inside his home on Shoreview Avenue. Zion was affectionately known as "ZiZi" and was born on July 14, 2019. He was his mother's biggest baby, weighing 7lbs 6oz and measuring 19 inches at birth.
