On June 6, 2022, Cayden Williams, a 10-year-old boy from Cleveland, OH, tragically died after being accidentally shot by his aunt. The incident occurred at their family home on East 77th Street near Donald Avenue. According to Cayden's uncle, the child was in an upstairs bedroom when his aunt, who was downstairs, accidentally fired a gun through the living room ceiling.
