Dennis Washington, a 50-year-old male, tragically lost his life on October 28, 2022, in Toledo, Ohio. He was one of two victims in a double homicide that occurred in the central part of the city. The incident took place on Junction Avenue, where Dennis Washington and 67-year-old Gino Highsmith were found with critical gunshot wounds.
