Jonny Vernor, aged 35, was killed on June 5, 2013, at a gas station in Detroit, Michigan. The fatal incident took place at a gas station located along Vernor Highway during the early morning hours. According to reports, the gas station clerk, Moad Mohamed Al-Gaham, confronted Vernor after an argument escalated, allegedly involving shoplifting.
