Charles Lamond Nolan, a 48-year-old man from Dayton, Ohio, tragically passed away on December 28, 2022. He was identified as the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred in the 100 block of Fountain Avenue in Dayton. According to reports, Nolan was shot in the stomach by a woman who then fled the scene on foot. Despite efforts to save him, Nolan was pronounced dead at the scene.
