On December 25, 1929, in Germanton, North Carolina, a tragic event unfolded that would shock the entire nation. Raymond Lawson, a two-year-old boy, was one of the victims in what became known as the Lawson family murders. The perpetrator was Charles Davis Lawson, the father, who took the lives of his wife, Fannie Lawson, and six of his seven children, including Raymond, before ending his own life.
