William Waterhead Allen, a 22-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, was tragically killed on July 4, 1979, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Allen was a member of the Outlaws Motorcycle Gang and was on guard duty at the gang's clubhouse on Allen Road when he was fatally shot. The incident was part of a larger massacre that claimed the lives of four other Outlaws members and a visiting friend.
