Maj. Stephen Mark Badger, a 37-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, was tragically killed on October 27, 1995, at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He was an intelligence officer with the elite 82nd Airborne Division, having joined the Army after serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and graduating from Brigham Young University. Maj. Badger was known for his love of climbing mountains, rappelling, and playing the guitar.
