Tracy Rose Lambert, an 18-year-old Caucasian female, was tragically murdered on August 17, 1998, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Her death was part of a brutal gang initiation carried out by members of the Crips gang. Tracy Lambert, along with Susan Moore, a 25-year-old Caucasian female, was randomly abducted and killed by gang members Francisco "Paco" Tirado, 19, and Eric Queen, 21.
