Tracy Rose Lambert, an 18-year-old Caucasian female, was tragically murdered on August 17, 1998, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Her death was part of a brutal gang initiation carried out by members of the Crips gang. Tracy Lambert, along with Susan Moore, a 25-year-old Caucasian female, was randomly abducted and killed by gang members Francisco "Paco" Tirado, 19, and Eric Queen, 21. The killings were executed with bullets painted in the Crips' signature blue color.
