Quincy Shane Roush

Quincy Shane Roush, a 29-year-old white male from Lancaster, Ohio, was tragically killed on August 12, 2002, at a Citgo gasoline station in Dobson, North Carolina. Roush was fatally shot by Quincy Javon Allen, a serial killer who was involved in a series of murders across North and South Carolina during the summer of 2002. Allen's crime spree began in July 2002 and continued until his arrest in mid-August of the same year.
