Lillian Denise Bryant, a 34-year-old African American woman, was found dead on July 28, 2004, in her home in Kenly, North Carolina. The tragic incident was classified as a murder-suicide, with both Lillian and her husband, David Christopher Bryant, aged 41, being shot to death.
