Rodriguez Odell Harris, a 23-year-old African American male, was tragically killed in a shootout on May 8, 2011, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The incident occurred at 3921 Donna Street, where gunfire erupted in a home, leading to the deaths of Harris and 19-year-old Terrell Orlando Boykin, also of Fayetteville.
