Antonio Fernando Lilly, a 30-year-old African American male, was fatally shot in Troy, North Carolina, on April 18, 2012. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 12:45 a.m., in the 700 block of Eldorado Street. Lilly was found with multiple gunshot wounds, partially in the roadway. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
