Jay’Quan Raheem Taybron, a 22-year-old African American male from Bailey, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on September 2, 2012. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, and Taybron was transported to Wilson Medical Center with a gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of medical staff, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
