Jessica Brynn Hart-Hall, a 22-year-old white female, tragically lost her life on October 22, 2012, in Jacksonville, North Carolina. Jessica, who was affectionately known as "Sassy," was originally from Chillicothe, Ohio. She was a hairdresser and waitress, and had moved to Jacksonville with her husband, Jeremy Darrell Hall, who was an active-duty Marine stationed at Camp Lejeune.
