Romon Antonio Williams, a 29-year-old African American male, was found shot to death on February 18, 2014, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred at an apartment complex on Barrington Drive in northeast Charlotte. Officers responded to a call reporting an assault with a deadly weapon and discovered Williams suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
