Shaniqua Shanae Simmons, an 18-year-old African American woman, was tragically killed on May 1, 2014, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. She was found dead alongside 29-year-old Jacoy Nathan Mahorn in an apartment at the Cambridge Arms Apartments complex.
