Jeffrey David Lowe, a 37-year-old Caucasian male from Whiteville, NC, tragically lost his life on June 9, 2015. Lowe was shot and killed while attempting to repossess a vehicle near Whiteville. The incident occurred early in the morning at a home on the 1400 block of Sunset Terrace Road. According to the Columbus County Sheriff's Office, Lowe died at the scene from a gunshot wound to the head.
