Shuntavius Vaughan, a 24-year-old male from Conway, North Carolina, tragically died on June 26, 2015. Vaughan was shot and killed just after midnight at his residence in Conway Village. Three suspects were identified in connection with Vaughan's death: Rumeal Daye, Brandon Joyner, and Akeem Robinson, all 24 years old and from Conway. Chenail Jordan Jr., aged 25, was also arrested in connection with the case and was being held without bond in the Northampton County jail. The suspects faced multiple charges, including first-degree murder, attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, shooting into an occupied dwelling, and possession of a firearm by a felon.
