In the early morning hours of Tuesday, February 4, 2014, a violent incident unfolded on the east side of Detroit involving 67-year-old Donald Cecil Bradshaw, a White / Caucasian male known locally by the nicknames "Meat Man" or "Peanut Man." Around 1:40 a.m., Bradshaw was in a commercial district situated on Beaufait Street near East Vernor Highway when he was targeted in a brutal attack.
