Quentin Darnell Allen, a 27-year-old Black male, was found fatally shot inside a vehicle on November 26, 2015, in Battleboro, North Carolina. The Edgecombe County Sheriff's Office received a call around 10:30 p.m. regarding shots fired at the Country Estates Mobile Home Park on Wave Lane. Upon arrival, authorities discovered a vehicle in a ditch at 904 Wave Lane, with Quentin Allen inside, deceased from gunshot wounds.
