Deonte Walker

In the spring of 2014, on the east side of Detroit, a night that was supposed to be filled with the promise of a party ended in a tragedy that remains a painful mystery for a grieving family. Deante Walker, a 29-year-old man, was preparing to head out for the evening on April 25th. It was around 11:20 p.m. when an unknown individual, or perhaps more than one, entered his home in the 3800 block of Fischer Street and tragically cut his life short.
