Derrick Jamaal McClain, a 29-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 28, 2016, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The incident occurred at the Southwood Apartments, where Derrick McClain and another victim, Derrick Robinson, were found shot to death early that Sunday morning. The Fayetteville Police Department responded to the scene and initiated an investigation into the double homicide.
