Robert Regins, a 34-year-old man from Parkton, North Carolina, was found shot to death on October 28, 2016. The incident occurred on Hickory Ridge Road in the Upchurch Sands Subdivision. Deputies from the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office responded to a shots fired call around 7:10 p.m. and discovered Regins lying in the front yard of a home in the 4700 block of Hickory Ridge Road.
