Timothy Lee Grady, a 34-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on May 27, 2017, in Salisbury, North Carolina. The incident occurred at an apartment on the 500 block of North Ellis Street. According to the Salisbury Police Department, the suspect, Frankie Eugene Cox Jr., was known to the victim and lived at the apartment where the shooting took place. The police obtained a murder warrant for Cox, who was described as being 6'2" and weighing about 220 pounds.
