Felicia Parker, a 41-year-old woman from Jacksonville, North Carolina, tragically lost her life on July 31, 2018. She was pronounced dead at Onslow Memorial Hospital. Felicia Parker's death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred at the Budget Inn on Marine Blvd. in Jacksonville. The incident took place around 3 p.m. on that fateful Tuesday. Felicia Parker's untimely demise left her family and friends in deep mourning, as they remembered her life and legacy.
