Carl Patrick Henry Leroy Jr., a 17-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed on August 11, 2018, in Seven Springs, North Carolina. Authorities discovered Carl with a gunshot wound at a home on Sanderson Road around 11 p.m. that night. The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reported that Carl was struck by a bullet that entered the home from the outside. Despite the efforts of emergency medical services, Carl was pronounced dead at the scene.
