In a significant development, three men—Timmothy Wright, Johnny Wright, and Justin Farmer—were arrested in September 2021 and charged with first-degree murder and discharging a weapon into occupied property causing serious bodily injury. The arrests came almost three years after Osborne's death, providing some hope for closure to his grieving family.
