Nicholas Williams, a 40-year-old African American man from Rural Hall, NC, was tragically murdered on February 10, 2019. The incident occurred at his home on Hallmark Drive, where he lived with his tenant, Norris Dwayne Rochelle. The two men got into an argument that escalated into a deadly confrontation. Rochelle shot Williams in the head, and during a FaceTime call with a friend in Craven County, he shot Williams a second time, which proved to be fatal. Rochelle then traveled to Craven County ...
