Nicholas Williams, a 40-year-old African American man from Rural Hall, NC, was tragically murdered on February 10, 2019. The incident occurred at his home on Hallmark Drive, where he lived with his tenant, Norris Dwayne Rochelle. The two men got into an argument that escalated into a deadly confrontation.
