Nickolas Marquis Johnson, a 22-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on February 5, 2020, in Elon, North Carolina. He was fatally shot in a violent incident that also left another individual, Maureen Chafatelli, injured. Johnson was found unconscious at the scene with a faint pulse but succumbed to his injuries en route to the hospital.
