Ricky Franklin Mintz, a 31-year-old male from Elizabethtown, NC, tragically lost his life on March 2, 2020. Mintz was found with gunshot wounds on Blue Moon Drive in Elizabethtown. He was transported to Cape Fear Valley-Bladen County Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. The Bladen County Sheriff's Office launched an investigation into his death, treating it as a murder case.
