Hailey Jane Locklear-Davis, an 18-year-old female from Lumberton, NC, passed away on December 22, 2020. Hailey was a young woman of Native American descent, and her death has left a significant impact on her community. She was survived by her biological parents, Vernie Locklear and Tosha Allen, as well as her adopted parents, John Davis Jr. and Geraldine Davis. Hailey's passing was marked by a graveside service held on January 6, 2021, at Shiloh Cemetery in St. Pauls, NC.
