Ely P. Grimes, a 47-year-old male from Stafford, NC, tragically died on January 17, 2021, after being shot multiple times at the Tuckahoe Motorcycle Club in Stafford County, Virginia. The incident occurred when George Batts, a 40-year-old man from North Carolina, opened fire on Grimes during an event at the club.
