Demarco Carter, a 22-year-old resident of Detroit, Michigan, was shot and killed on October 13, 2015. The homicide took place at around 4:55 p.m. on the southwest side of Detroit, in the 15000 block of Hubbell Avenue, between Fenkell Avenue and Midland Street.
