Tarquin Delmar Fogg, a 31-year-old man from Kelford, North Carolina, was tragically found shot to death and lying in a ditch early on the morning of April 11, 2021. The discovery was made by a passerby who noticed an individual in the ditch and promptly notified law enforcement. Despite the efforts of responding EMTs, Tarquin was pronounced dead at the scene.
