Chavez Laquan Vargas, a 29-year-old African American male from Winston-Salem, was tragically shot and killed on April 12, 2021, in Greensboro, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a McDonald's located at the corner of West Wendover Avenue and Bridford Parkway.
