Cynthia Marie Lowery, a 35-year-old woman from Pembroke, North Carolina, tragically passed away on June 9, 2021, due to a gunshot wound. She was a loving mother to her two daughters, Skyler and Felicity Locklear, and was deeply cherished by her family and friends. Cynthia was known for her caring nature and her willingness to help others, even when she had little to give.
